- BFBrittney Fultz1 day ago1.0I went there at 7pm Wednesday July 8th and the ONLY person that was actually working with customers was the new girl. It was her first day. No one was training her. There were 4- 5 other employees there that were all busy closing. As the new girl struggled with the ice cream sundaes not knowing the portions but she was trying and I appreciate that very much so. She looked around for guidance and failed to get it. I was hesitant to go because of the Google reviews and they were correct. You need to have better training, or better employees.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
