  Great food every time. The customer service is spot on, and when a staff member doesnt know something, they reach out to a manger. Great staffing and communication internally, and will stop at nothi g to ensure they can cater to any request, within reason and their ability. Doris is great and always speaks up. If she saw 4 ppl in thw lobby, she would immediately ask each one if they were taken care of, if not, if she could handle it herself. Thats a rarity these days

  the bread was stale. the chicken salad tasted nasty and upset my stomach. No receipt on the bag. The people did not care. Won't ever get back

  Staff ensures good quality in my experience. Takes a bit longer sometimes but id rather have stuff freshly made so no complaints

  Arby's is a go-to for a quick, very good roast beef sandwich, my favorite lunch spot. The French Dip sandwich has become my favorite.
