  My rocky road shake tasted only of vanilla. Actually, I would describe it as a Coffee Mate vanilla smoothie.

  Every time I come to this place they don’t have oat milk. I’m allergic to dairy and almonds. The coconut tastes terrible. I’ve tried it in a few of their drinks and have been unsatisfied. You should order way more oat milk if every time people come it’s out! Mind you I go at least every week and they are out, not just because it’s Mother’s Day today… always out.

  I went through a out door drive through kind of like Chick-fil-A, there was no line behind me. I said to the lady that was taking my order that this was my 1st time here not sure what to do as far as ordering. It would have been nice if she would have suggested what has been selling or something like that. I didnt get any suggestions at all , all I got was" what do you want to order" I didnt really know because it was all new to me. So I just said a "Latte". It was good. I gave it 4 stars because I did wait in line for a little bit and the lady that waited on me wasn't the friendliness person. No personality.

  Wanted to try this place because it’s “viral “. Disappointed. Got through the line and ordered and paid for our drinks. Got to pick up and sat there while multiple other cars got their orders first. Lady came up to us with a drink that wasn’t ours, and said she got the lanes mixed up and she would go grab ours. Several minutes later another lady came up and said they had to re ring our order because “it got lost”; with the manager yelling out to “comp one of our drinks.” We had already paid previously so not sure what was getting “comp’d” because they never asked for the phone number or anything. Waited a few minutes later for the lady to yell out for us to “go wait up there”. We pulled to the front of the building and waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. The lady brought it to us with no apologies about the wait or mix up. She handed us our drinks and walked away. Didn’t even respond to my thank you. The coffee tasted old and burnt and them lemonade was completely over powered but syrup. A previous review stated that staff isn’t nice unless you tip which is clearly very true. It didn’t matter how friendly we were back to them. So if you don’t tip for your overpriced drinks expect to get poor service as well.Won’t be returning.

  the whole atmosphere this morning was terrible and the girl they had working up there this morning she had on a jean hat and a silver septum piercing was very rude and unwelcoming she didn’t greet me at all and sat on her phone while my drink was being made. And when I asked her to change my order because she rung me up wrong she caught an attitude and just gave me the tablet which I felt like was rude. The drinks are always amazing and the staff are great but this particular person was very rude.
