  Great spot that's turning into a favorite "quick weekly treat" for my gf and I. Way better bang for your buck than Starbucks.

  I usually come here and order the exact same drink every time, and it’s always been great. Today, my drink tasted completely different. I let the staff know, and they kindly remade it, but the second one still didn’t taste right. Instead of tasting like my usual energy drink, it tasted more like a fizzy soda. I ended up leaving without getting the drink I normally enjoy. I appreciate them trying to fix it, but consistency is important, especially when ordering the same drink every visit.

  Most people were nice but it was such a hassle to order, didn’t listen to us, gave us every drink wrong after repeating ourselves multiple times and even after ordering the most basic drinks, they still tasted wrong. Me and my friend in the car both work at 7 brew back at home and we would’ve been fired for this behavior…

  Just left without service. Pulled into the lane that had no cars. There was no cars behind me and while waiting the worker proceeded to go to the car that pulled in a few minutes after me and got their order and instead of coming to me she then started helping the other lane. And only came to the car when the drink for the other car was done. When i told her we haven't ordered she said she was sorry and walked away and helped other cars first. Terrible service, I understand things happen but it was ridiculous. I ended up leaving without anything.

  It took me a while to finally try 7 Brew after a friend recommended it to me multiple times. The prices are great, so I was excited to give it a shot. On my first visit, I ordered a hot chai and was given an iced one. I figured it was an honest mistake and decided to give them another chance. When I came back, I made sure to clearly ask for a hot chai. When I got to the window, I was handed another iced chai. After I pointed out the mistake, they remade it in less than a minute, but it tasted like they simply warmed up a cup of oat milk with little to no chai flavor. Mistakes happen, but getting the same order wrong twice and then receiving a poor replacement drink was enough for me. The prices are good, but I’d rather spend my money somewhere that consistently gets my order right.
