  I’m sitting in line now and I figured I would leave a review. I’ve been here many times and yes sometimes some of the staff can come off snotty/ rude but not today. Friendly customer service. The girl ( Brooklyn) that took my order even told me about your point program but using your phone number. She was so sweet! First employee yet to tell me about the program. BTW Drinks are excellent. Anyone that is ever snotty I chuck it up to bring a teenager because I have one at home. 😜 Thank you.

  Let me start with saying, I’m a die hard 7brew customer. I have been to several different locations due to the fact we don’t have one close to my area. This location was a huge let down. Both workers who took care of us had an attitude that they didn’t like their job. I ordered a Large Tea but got a medium one fill to the rim with ice. My daughter had to remove some ice just to be able to get the straw in. No Customer Service at all. So, we will not be going back to this location. I will stick with Tampa, Cortez , or Manatee locations. It’s was a shame.

  My wife and I stopped by around 7:25 PM on Saturday, May 9th, and unfortunately had a really disappointing customer service experience. This location is usually on point and we’ve generally had good experiences here, which is why this stood out so much. The staff came across as very rude and unwelcoming, especially the employee working the drive-thru window. The interaction felt cold and dismissive from start to finish. We love this place and hope this was just an off night, but customer service and attitude really matter

  I only go there for milkshakes. The last 3 visits the shakes have basically been chocolate milk with ice crystals in it. They are watery not a very great taste.

  Absolutely horrible experience today. We play a lot of tournaments in this area and every other time I've gone here it has been great, but today the drink was made horrible. The young lady that took my order was in a horrible mood and not pleasant at all. When I told them the drink did not taste correct, they said oh well, we made it how it's supposed to be and refuse to remake it. I only asked for two shots of espresso in the large drink versus the four that it normally comes with and it did not taste good at all.
