  Normally I love 7 brew, at least their customer service, however my experience today was way different than normal. I pulled up and shockingly the stand wasn’t busy, there was only one car in front of me in the left lane and I think two cars in the right lane. Usually I time my visits to the busiest part of the day, and even then, the baristas are very quick to fill my order. I get the same drink every single time, slight tweaks here and there because the baristas can’t quite nail it like Dutch Bros does. I finally got a barista who tweaked the drink enough to make it absolutely perfect, so now when I roll through I just order from my previous drink order, which is what I tried to do today with no luck. When I came through the drive thru there were a few people sitting at the picnic table, and then a young man hustling in the right lane to take orders. One of the girls from the table got up, moseyed on over to me, not treating and not friendly AT ALL. I asked her about ordering for a previous order and she looked absolutely annoyed at my request. She asked me what the order what (if I knew exactly what they did the last month or so to make my drink perfect, I wouldn’t need to order for the previous order, I’d just rattle it off) I told her what I knew was in the drink, which was a orange 7 fizzy with 2 breve. She told me the drink didn’t exist in my order, and wasn’t nice. Snarky she replied “you know our orders reset” ok… well I order this drink weekly. If you have my daughters order from the beginning of the month, you should have mine from last week. Ultimately because of her nasty attitude, I told her to just forget it and I left the stand. I was a barista at one time, I know customers can’t quite be super picky with their drinks, I also know that these beverages bring joy to the people who are making a purchase, what I don’t know is how someone so grumpy can work at a place like this. Right now I’m just buying time until Dutch bros opens up. I guess it’s back to Starbucks until then. I hope that chick finds happiness and peace and maybe some joy for her job.

  Highly disappointed in this location. I tried this a year ago in Michigan for the first time and I loved it so I got very excited when this was opening. The first time was ok. There was like a million teenagers just hanging out. The second time so watered down. Thirds time same thing. I thought maybe I just had bad luck. The last time I ordered a matcha and it took so long even tho there was only one car in front of me like why are they taking so long there a few kids inside and the kid in the line looked so annoyed to be there on top of that my matcha is white and Tastes like milk I was wishing I had just gone across the street and spend 5$ at Wawa . I’m just disappointed because I keep hoping it’s good next time and it continues to suck. 6/13 around 6pm

  I love coming to this 7 Brew. All staff are incredibly polite. They always take time to ensure I am not getting any dairy. I have been coming here for months and have never been accidentally dairy(ed). That is rare for a coffee spot. The staff are all young but are very professional and engaging. I highly recommend!

  For Teacher Appreciation Week, our group of 10 teachers requested a 7 Brew coffee run, and it was an absolute hit! The teachers were overjoyed and so appreciative of the incredible variety on the menu. What really stood out was how 7 Brew has something for everyone—not just coffee lovers, but also those who don't typically drink coffee and simply enjoy a fun treat or an energy boost. Some of our non-coffee-drinking teachers especially loved the Birthday Cake Shake, the Iced Sugar-Free Banana Bread, and the Iced Fruit Roll-Up Fizz with raspberry, peach, and white chocolate, just to name a few favorites. The sugar-free options were a huge bonus and greatly appreciated by many of the teachers. The 7 Brew crew was incredibly efficient, taking orders ahead of the pay window to keep everything moving smoothly. They were also friendly, courteous, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Most importantly, the drinks were absolutely delicious, and our teachers felt genuinely spoiled and celebrated. Thank you, 7 Brew, for helping make our Teacher Appreciation Week such a special—and delicious—one! We can't wait to go back.
