Bagel Shop
Jersey Girl Bagels is a local, family owned and operated business. We are all about providing to our local community an authentic NJ bagel experience with SUNSHINE & BAGELS.
All bagel dough is made from scratch daily, cold proofed, boiled in a large kettle, placed on burlap covered boards before going into a old school revolving tray oven and then finally flipped off the boards onto the oven shelves which are made of large stones. This traditional process is much more labor intensive than some of the newer methods of making a bagel but we truly believe you get a better product doing it the traditional way.
