Our order we placed wasn’t fully completed, when we pressed “5” for manager we got some rude woman stating your order was processed at 20:30. The order was delivered at 20:54 at our door and proven through our door camera. When call was made that we did not receive everything that us as a consumer paid for the response was “oh we will send it.” So when I called and asked to speak to the manger, apparently Brandon is the manager on duty and became very aggressive that I called and stated my husband called previously. When I asked if Papa John’s policy was ok for them to not delivery products paid for, he had no answer. When I asked for the corporate number, some how the store doesn’t have that? I found the corporate number myself and called. I hung up with them at 21:38 and was told I would receive a call this evening. Well….here I am still waiting, Brandon and store #5116 I would not recommend and will tell all of my friends to avoid! This store is a joke along with Brandon and the chick they have answer the phone when you hit #5 for the “manager.” Clearly Papa John’s thinks its ok to take a consumers money and they never provide what they paid for!
