  I send how you could put quality at the bottom of your list of priorities. I had a delivery scheduled that came about 20 minutes 30 minutes later than the original scheduled time. Come to find out Papa Johns pawn my order off to a third-party delivery service, which of course picked up multiple orders from other businesses on their way to my house by the time the pizza got to my house. It wasn’t even close to warm. I brought my pizza back to Papa Johns to ask for a refund and noticed that there was literally Papa Johns delivery drivers getting ready to deliver pizzas to houses. I asked how they had delivery drivers but somehow my delivery made it through a third-party and they said well we got a little busy so we turned on third-party service I’m sorry that’s absolutely unacceptable and the fact that you’ll just rush out orders and pawn it off to third-party drivers who go to other restaurants and make priority stops before your restaurant is just bad.

  Food was ready fast, it was fresh and tasted great. The ambiance of the restaurant isn't too great, but I think most people pick up their pizza anyways.

  Ive been ordering from this location for over 20 years. The owner, a very nice man, used to pick up on the first ring. He took care of his customers. Tonight, I ordered 2 pizza (buy 1, get 2), and the flat crust was HORRIBLE! I threw out most of the pizza, it was that bad! I called the store to tell them. No manager in the store. Their delivery is really bad. I think its a real shame that this business has let customer service and food quality go to the dogs. I will not be ordering from them again.

  Specifically for this location, since it’s right next to me and walkable, I order from here pretty often. Unfortunately, ever since they switched to the AI phone system and started routing calls to a hotline, it has become extremely frustrating to deal with any issue directly with the store. I was even given a number to call by the store itself, but nobody ever picks up. I’m attaching a screenshot as just one example where I was left on hold for 15 minutes and still waiting. The worst part is when you call the store line, it doesn’t just redirects you back to the hotline system. You literally have to hang up and call and start over again. I contacted the hotline regarding an issue with my pizza, and they told me their system is limited and that I would need to contact the store directly. The problem is, you can never actually reach the store by phone. What made it more disappointing was when I went into the store and explained that no one answers the phone, there was no apology or acknowledgment at all, just a nod. Customer service feels very disconnected now. I’ve also noticed the pizza recipe does not taste the way it used to. The sauce tastes much sweeter now, and the cheese feels lower quality or artificial compared to before. I used to genuinely enjoy ordering from here because of the convenience, but lately the overall experience and food quality have gone downhill.

  The Employees are amongst the slowest people I have ever seen. I guess they're just there to collect the paycheck. I ordered My buy phone on my drive there. I have Pizza restaurant experience so I know how long it takes to make a Pizza or rather.I know how long it would take me to make a pizza. Not only was it not ready, but I believe they didn't get to making it until I was actually present.And paid for it. It's not that it was a lack of trust or anything else.They weren't overly busy although they got busy once I arrive My opinion is they're just slow and they don't care like I said , i'm just here to get a paycheck. There's plenty of other options out there and my suggestion is that you exercise them rather than going to papa john's. Papa, John's is my last resort.When I can't get anything else from anywhere else?And I gotta have something enough said!
