  If I could give zero stars I would. Arrived and ordered by 12:45 and didn’t get my food until 1:15. Meanwhile taco bell employee who claims she works at this McDonald’s also, said that’s why she can do that to just casually come up to the counter orders food by just telling the manager. Meanwhile you had atleast 7 people who hadn’t ordered yet waiting for someone to attend to them. One lady walked out since the manager felt her taco bell McDonald’s employee was priority over the woman had been waiting before that employee even showed up. To wait that long and still get my order wrong is crazy. I get lunch rush but there is no customer service here. Taking their sweet time. Just absolutely terrible. Never coming back to this location and recommend no one else does either. 🤷🏽‍♂️

  I’m in there 30 minutes just waiting for my food and then when I asked again they said it didn’t even get made yet. There was only 2 other people in there😂

  Absolutely the worst. They have messed up my food before.. But I gave them another chance....that was my biggest mistake. Ordered at the kiosk.. Had cash so went to register. No one... And I mean no one at front. One employee saw me and I told them I needed to pay.. He nooded his head and walked away. After 15 mins of being ignored I walked out and went to Burger King. STRONGLY recommend not going to this location ever!

  Miguel, the general manager said his store doesn’t take orders at the front desk. He then directed me to the kiosk to order my own order. I said I don’t prefer to order like this. Why can’t you take my order at the front desk and he wouldn’t answer the question. So I asked his name and told him I would leave a one star review. He said he didn’t care and he’s so scared. I will provide a picture of him as well. Totally uncalled for and unnecessary and ruined my experience. Part two the same day I am now editing this review 10 minutes later. I walked in to the restaurant planning on ordering from the kiosk and I see somebody else taking orders so I got in line and Miguel comes over and says don’t take his order! He doesn’t want to use the kiosk he doesn’t get to order. So of course, we had a little spat In front of plenty of other customers. Then I walk over to the kiosk and he says I’m not going to bag your order. This is on April 14 at 3:15 PM. Feel free to check the cameras. Nothing on my end provoked him. Absolutely unbelievable. I do not know what his problem is.
