It’s been a long time since I ordered a burger expecting that beautiful, juicy experience and instead received what felt like a piece of cardboard. Not sure what happened to this company — maybe new management, maybe corporate cost-cutting — but the quality control is completely gone. I understand it was delivered through DoorDash, but the food should still reflect the same care and standards as if I were eating in the restaurant. The customer experience still matters. This was honestly horrendous and not even finishable. Feels like another case of corporate management taking over, cutting corners, and forgetting what made the place good in the first place.

I actually placed two separate orders—one for a burger and fries, and another for a hot dog—and both times Demetrius took my order. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was correct, which I really appreciated since I had quite a few customizations. As always, the food was amazing—fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Five Guys never disappoints, and this location definitely lives up to the standard. I also want to recognize Ryan, who consistently does an outstanding job keeping the restaurant clean. This location is always busy with a lot of foot traffic, yet he’s constantly on top of everything—clearing tables, sweeping floors, keeping the rugs clean, and wiping down all stations. Every time I visit, he’s actively working to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and it really shows. Overall, excellent service, great food, and a well-maintained restaurant. Highly recommend this location!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
