- JJJustinMay 9, 20261.0People are relatively friendly. But only go thru drive thru cause they just won't make any pickup orders. But if your in the drive thru it's good. Makes no sense

The purpose of ordering ahead is so the order is ready but yet consistently I have to wait in excesses of 5 min or more for a simple coffee with cream and flavor pumps... nothing extreme. Even contacting corporate has not helped. They have taken greater than 2 weeks to give and still no resolution.
