- MMMaría Molleja4 days ago3.0Soy cliente de alli desde hace años mi comentario es que las personas que trabajan allí no hacen nada , no tienen nada en el mostrado no hielo no sorbete, no tenedores no tapas para los vasos y son unas mala educadas groseras con los clientes y están sin hacer nada una dándose masaje en la cabeza y la otra mujer penando su cabello de verdad es mal gusto todos los clientes comentando que para que tienen esas personas allí trabajando no soporto las personas asi de falta de respeto. I’ve been a customer there for years, but the people working there don't do a thing; there’s nothing out on the counter—no ice, no sorbet, no forks, no cup lids. They are rude and ill-mannered toward customers, just standing around doing nothing: one was massaging her head and the other was combing her hair. It’s truly in poor taste; all the customers were commenting on why they even have people like that working there. I can't stand such disrespectful behavior.

For instance, as I started to order the lady was not even paying attention to what I wanted and just started doing her own thing pretty much. To top it off, when I got to the cash register it came out to $11.21. I handed her 12$. She gave me a receipt and that was it. No change. I spoke up and she looked at me like I had two heads until the manager said something. If you’re going to treat your customers the way you do at least make sure you give them their change. I will not be returning.

Other locations in the area are better, faster and more customer focused.
