  1st and last time customer. Extremely disappointed. For the cost of everything, just not worth it. The small portion of fries you are given for what you pay, is so sad. They portray a complete different image on their menu than what you actually receive. Upon reading other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring problem that management is aware of but clearly has done nothing about. I attached 2 pictures of what they show an order of fries look like (which was all I ordered as a small meal for myself)...then the picture of what came in my order (which was NOTHING like their pictures).

  I visited today, and had an 8th sub free card full. I gave it to the person and he said you are missing one. For some reason on my 2nd sub the person used a signature instead of a stamp. I said, "I mean I dunno why, maybe they didn't have a stamp." He said, "ok, it's ok." Then he said something to the person making my sub in another language. So, I was just like ok. I mean I go there 1-2 times a week. The person making my sub puts on 2 meat patties and towards the end throws one of the meat patties in the trash and hands me my sub.... I said, "that's supposed to be a regular sub." On the free card it clearly says redeemable for a regular sub. She says. "no its for small." I look at the sub that is in a regular sub size bread with half the meat. I'll never go there again. I can't believe it. Who throws away food to spite a customer that is a regular....
