  I placed an order ahead of time went to pick it up and then it was towed. They did not prepare my order and that they were out of food., On top of that, the customer service in the front will really sucks!!!! If they did not have no more chicken, they should’ve told me that prior to placing my order. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to pick up my food for nothing poor customer service.

  Old lady in the front sweet but she SLOW LIKE A TURTLE. SPEED IS NEED ESPECIALLY DURING LUNCH HOURS, folks are leaving work to pick up lunch on a time period. I couldn’t even buy a juice it took almost 10 min to the point I left with purchase

  I found plastic in my Pattie 🤯🤮🤮🤮🤮 I also experienced very rude customer service. it was me and another lady when I first got there. She saw me and when I got to the counter she gave me a hand gesture to wait while she went to the back and got the ladies two plates to bag up from the back. Then she left. Then I thought I was the only person in the restaurant then she started ringing up someone I was like did you just take that person before me when I was waiting for you to serve me. Then you took someone else before me then she had the nerve to say like the random person she rang up was there or something before me I was like this restaurant only had one person in here when I came here like are you serious?! I wouldn’t recommend getting anything else from here after this experience. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

  Came here as a first time customer and the lady taking my order was so unnecessarily rude because I asked her a question about the food I was ordering and without answering my question proceeded to move on to the next customer so I ended up not ordering from here so if you care about good customer service my advice go somewhere else.
