  I work DoorDash. I got an order to pick up from this location as/right after the store closed. I didn’t know the store’s hours. The doors were locked so I called the store. He was super rude. He said they were closed. I guess he thought I was being rude, I didn’t mean to sound that way, but I realize my phrasing was poor. I asked “I have a DoorDash, I guess that doesn’t matter?” I work DoorDash in a lot of places across the US and there are TONS of stores that still give out the last couple DoorDash orders for thirty minutes to an hour after they’ve officially closed. I was asking a genuine question. And he hung up on me immediately. That was mad unprofessional and not kind in a human way. I wish he had asked for clarification or explained himself so that we could’ve come together as two people and realized the misunderstanding. Instead we walked away both frustrated and mired in mistaken circumstances. Whoever you were, I am sorry if my tone or choice of wording caused you discomfort, but it’s your job as a human to find the middle ground and clarity and it’s your job as a Papa John’s work to grin and bare it. Love you, brother. I hope you had a good night and go on to have countless good nights. Should we ever cross paths again, I’ll buy you a beer. God bless.

  The pizza was really good when the two previous employees worked here. Now the pizza is undercooked and the sauces are rancid.

  Staff is very friendly. I wanted to add a pizza to my order and they made it so simple and it was ready in less than 10 minutes.
