- RSRobert Scott3 days ago5.0I went for dinner my first night and I was so impressed. I went back and got the same thing and was greeted by the same waitress/staff who gave you great service with a smile.

My "sauteed" mushrooms were cold so they are anything but sauteed and the blue cheese bacon butter was a lil scoop frozen hard as a rock on my steak. Needless to say I returned them. Apparently the add ones are not freshly prepared. I don't think I will be going back to outback.

I also reviewed the bill and I was charged for the vegetable which the waiter said it was two sides in my order. If you are eating at this restaurant, double check if the choices of vegetables offered are included in the meal.

- JMJoe MaddenApr 19, 20261.0Got a $50 gift card from one of my customers and went there this afternoon. Totally disappointing. I ordered a ribeye with grilled shrimp and mushrooms and onions. The ribeye was actually sirloin that was load with so much grizzle it was extremely difficult to cut. Everything was over seasoned especially the shrimp. Really, how do you screw up mushrooms and onions? I used to go to this location once or twice a month and I never had a complaint but this was awful. Server was fine, he was working way too many tables and was decent enough. It's sad, seems like these companies are eating themselves...
