- MMMikelahAug 19, 20261.0Came in tonight (8/19/26) to this location around 6:30pm to pickup mobile order. 2 subs. Forgot customizations on one sub, no biggie. The other sub was completely wrong. Brought it back in to be remade, was met with 2 kids who clearly would rather stand around on their phones than be at their job. Had them remake the sub.. came out to my car. Wrong again. Not only was it impossible to get the correct order tonight but the subs were MINUSCULE?!?! What is going on?! We come to Jimmy John’s alllll of the time!! What a ridiculous and disappointing experience tonight! Had to go across the street and get some crap food at Wendy’s because we were still starving after our subs! Staff needs to be held to WAY high standards, this type of stuff should not be happening.

It was as if the standard ingredients were quartered. Had on the other day at a different location, fantastic. Crisp lettuce, double cheese as listed. Won’t go back to this location.

- SGStuart GlenwickApr 24, 20261.0Perhaps it’s me. Ordered a sandwich and asked to swap provolone cheese for cheddar and was told no problem. When I got the check I saw I was charged $1.20 extra for the cheese - which I assumed was an error. Silly me. Turns out it is corporate policy that you are charged for any substitutions - a fact that is not posted and I was not told when I ordered. The accuracy of this policy was confirmed by the store manager, the franchise owner David Malik, and the manager of corporate customer disservice Christine, who insisted no one can be compared to Jimmy John’s and that the policy was common everywhere. This is the most insane policy I have ever encountered - but as I said at the start - maybe it’s just me. I certainly will cross all of Jimmy John’s off my list.
