  So I came to this Dunkin and it was one of the worst Dunkin’s I ever been to. The employees are way interested on their phone than dealing with the customers, which is crazy. The blonde girl is so rude and other tall girl. They don’t acknowledge the customers. The store was so gross and the muffin are just thrown, does not look good. My coffee is always wrong. I came back to give them a second chance and it’s wrong everytime. I rather drive 10 extra mins to the Dunkin down in Bonita. They’re so much better

  Haven't been to a Dunkin in quite some time...always enjoyed the coffee. While visiting my mother at Diamond Oaks Village (a retirement community), I was charged a tip without consent. This troubles me; having an elderly mother who frequents this establishment. Is the staff so used to committing larceny against the elderly that they do the same to all patrons?

  Could not have been more impressed by the new Dunkin in town! The manager is top tier & it really shows throughout the team & store! Not to mention the coffee is 10/10!!
