They have people backed up into the road because they dont use the thing called an ordering menu board. She's walking through the parking lot on a tablet while not during busy hours.... completely inconveniencing other customers trying to enter the plaza. Preventing customers from entering the parking lot crossing from 7-eleven because they are "doing their job".
