First visit. Great customer service. Good variety on the menu. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Butter and Bacon Mac and Cheese & Truffle Fries. They brought out some bread and oil & herbs while I waited. It was not a long wait for the food to arrive. Sea Bass was delicious even without the Lemon Butter. Mac and Cheese had a great flavor. Truffle Fries had a little too much Truffle Aioli, but was fine without using the dipping sauce. I would highly recommend this location!

We stopped into Bonefish Grill on Saturday evening to use a gift card and ended up having a really great experience. It wasn’t very busy when we first arrived, but the restaurant filled up quickly as the evening went on. Even once it got crowded, the service stayed prompt and attentive the entire time.
They brought out complimentary bread while we looked over the menu, which was a nice touch. We started with the Tuna Tempura Sashimi appetizer and honestly…that alone is worth going back for. Absolutely delicious. I had the Smoked Old Fashioned and my wife ordered one of their nonalcoholic specialty drinks, and both were excellent.
For dinner, I ordered the Grouper Oscar and my wife had the shrimp and scallops. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was also very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere without feeling too loud or cramped, even during the dinner rush.
Unfortunately we were too full for dessert, which is probably the only disappointment of the night. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d come back to again.
The food here is always good. I tried the crispy cauliflower, OMG. It tastes like sweet and sour chicken. The only issue was the lights were to dimmed for my sister who is legally blind.

Ordered Uber Eats two nights in a row for me and my kids, and the difference between last night and tonight was unbelievable—in the worst way.
Tonight’s order was a mess. No sauces included, no straws, and the presentation looked like it was thrown together with zero care. The fish had way too many bones to the point it was uncomfortable to eat—especially when you’re feeding young kids. On top of that, the bag wasn’t even sealed with a sticker, so there’s no way to know if it was tampered with during delivery. Basic stuff was completely ignored.
What really pushed this into a 1-star experience was the customer service. I spoke with someone named Annie, who I believe may be a manager. Instead of addressing the issue, she gave a sarcastic response along the lines of “you can just add more sauces,” laughed, and brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. That kind of attitude is unacceptable—especially when you’re spending around $80 for a meal for your family.
I’m not even 100% sure it was the exact same person I dealt with before since I wasn’t there face-to-face this time, but when I said I thought I’d had a bad experience with her previously, her response was a very facetious “oh really.” That alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism.
Months ago, I had an experience with someone (possibly the same person) being unprofessional enough to talk about other employees’ personal business to customers, which is completely inappropriate.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic quality control and respect when there’s a problem. Tonight had neither. Extremely disappointing.
