The server was so nice and very polite. Food was great. The GPS took us a crazy route when it could have just taken us down a little further then turn into parking lot.

Our waiter was awesome. They were very busy and had a very big tables .Because of the rodeo parade., and the manager came out and screamed at them. Young girls where everybody heard it. And our waitress was awesome. Did I say I think the manager should be talk to you? Or I would have rated it a 5.

This was the first time I’ve ever gotten yelled at at a Pizza Hut! 😂 I had a carryout order, so when the app said it was ready, I went to the drive-thru. There used to be a bell/hose across the drive-thru, but it’s gone now. I pulled up to the window and didn’t see anyone, so I waited for about five minutes. Then, another car pulled up behind me. I figured I’d just call and let them know we were there. The girl answered, and I told her, “We have a carryout order, and we’re in the drive thru. I just didn’t know if you knew we were here.” She immediately got upset and said she was in the kitchen. I tried to tell her, “No rush, I just didn’t know if y’all knew we were out here,” but she hung up on me. About 30 seconds later, the little old manager lady comes to the window absolutely fuming and extremely rude to me. I tried to explain that I didn’t mean anything by the call I was simply letting them know we were there because there’s no longer a bell hose over the drive-thru. Of course, she wouldn’t let me talk long enough to understand why I had called in the first place. At one point, I finally looked at her and said, “Lady, I’m just here to pick up some pizzas.” She would have stood there yelling at me through the drive-thru window for another 10 minutes if I hadn’t sternly told her, “I’m just here to get my pizza. Whatever you’ve got going on back there is none of my business.” I literally just called to let them know I was there. I wasn’t trying to rush anybody or complain. That was the most crazy experience I've ever had through a drive-thru in my entire life. I will continue going until they get rid of the Taco pizza once it's gone they never have to hear from me again.
