  Kiosk order only. Long waits and cold fries and sandwiches and cold service from counter servers. This location is a disgrace to the Mac brand.

  I now have food poisoning thanks McDonald’s. They made my kid’s burgers raw and we had to get new ones. One of the new ones was also raw. I just gave up and brought it home to nuke in the microwave. I hope my family doesn’t become sick next. 🫤

  Order from the mobile app foods always cold or ice is always melted.. Rude don't like eating inside here and is ran by children

  To be honest I always think that McDonald's is not good for me because it gets so much bad publicity but the burgers are really really tasty and the fries when they're hot are amazing great service decent price for a go-to burger

  Just ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up the employee told me I already picked it up. I did not pick my order up. She refused to give me the order or help me with a refund. She stood firm that I was basically trying to get the order again instead of admitting they gave the order to the wrong person. So now I am out $ and I did not get my breakfast. I live in Dothan and travel through Bonifay and stop there almost daily. 5 days a week atleast. Very rude and from now on I’ll wait until I get to defuniak for breakfast.
