First time here, so yummy! Delicious, fresh ingredients- and a menu with customization options for pescatarians / vegetarians. I got the bean and rice taco bowl, with corn and fried plantains on the side. Plus horchata. My kids got kids meals, and ordered a dessert of Oreo churros. Lexi was the server and was so friendly and accommodating. Fun atmosphere with neon murals and lively Latin pop music. Will be back!!
Was there to pick up my order and stood by the register for some time without any acknowledgement. The blonde woman packing the orders didn’t even take a second to atleast greet me or anything even while walking past several times. Completely ignored me as if there was no one standing right at the register. I had to finally speak up to get her attention, greeted her myself and asked how she was doing before stating why I was there. Found it very unprofessional and off putting

I usually do not leave reviews on anything but I am pretty disappointed with my experience with the staff specifically at this location. I ordered horchata with my meal and when I tell you it was THICK like straight syrup—I’ve never had horchata like this in my life. I let 3 different people I was with (that also got the same drink) try it and mine was the only one like that. I went to get a new one made and asked politely if they wouldn’t mind to just give me a little extra rice milk so I can just dilute it a bit. Immediate attitude from the woman working there. She took it from my hands and dropped it into the trash and made me a new one that was literally worse than the first. Now me (and my three whitenesses lol) were actually chewing the lumpy clumps of this drink… Think like cottage cheese in a cup of syrup like it was THAT level. I brought it back to the woman and explained that it is still a bit too thick and I’d be fine with just a cup of milk so I can mix it myself. She proceeded to argue with me that “no it’s not thick” and “all of them are literally like that” and “well I’m drinking it and mine isn’t too thick” and “maybe you just don’t like horchata” and finally “maybe you just don’t like cinnamon.” I’ve never been given such an attitude over a freakin drink. Super unprofessional. Hope she gets fired because and my family and friends went there—trying out a different location from our norm—and rather than being helped I had to argue that I do like cinnamon and that I have had horchata before lol. Anyways, it ended with me reluctantly being given the original thing i requested—a cup of damn milk so I can mix it better. The three at my table tried and we all compared drinks and low and behold, it tasted fine. Hopefully management can better train the staff here because I personally find this interaction ridiculous. Anyways tacos were great.
Had many advertisements about the place, decided to visit.
I may have over hyped myself, while some foods really were worth the price, others lack it I believe.
The new Mac and Cheese is a monster size, I should have stopped at that, very good
Loaded Fries are perfect when fresh
The Tacos are not what I was hoping for the price, and burritos were a massive let down.
Another shocker is for fast casual, they dont offer refillable drinks.
Yes I cant argue for infinite Jarritos, but one should absolutely offer an alternative.
The way its geared, it doesnt seem to favor pricing for family sized groups.
I recommend returning solo from here on out.
