  This is our local Sushi by Bou but we have eaten at others before..we love that they are all individually themed, and the service is incredible! The fish quality is great, they make sure not to leave out my husband who is allergic to shellfish. The vibes are always on point, special thanks to Jordan, Jason, yang and the whole crew.

  Loved the atmosphere, food selection and curated cocktails. The staff made our girls night out so much fun. Make sure to arrive on time as the experience is timed.

  Had such a great experience at Sushi by Bou 🍣✨ The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—it really makes a difference. Special shoutout to Snejana, who is an absolute sushi angel 😇 Her energy, attention, and care made the whole experience even better. Delicious food, beautiful presentation, and service that actually stands out. Definitely coming back!

  If you are an omakase fan, this is not the place for you. This is straight turn and burn. I ordered the 17 courses for 75 minutes which I already thought was aggressive. We sat down at 7:36 and finished at 8:16. Was not enjoyable. 6 of us… 4 did 13 rounds. They paced us the same. Not okay. I was ok with them making a piece and then making the next piece and placing it on my plate without explaining the first piece. But, when I had three pieces lined up on my plate and he started making the next piece without speaking to us, I had to write this place off. I asked the chef what rice they used just to strike up a conversation but he answered the rice you get at Costco. Fish was fresh, cut correctly, good ratios, heavily sauced which I like, no cavier, no luxury accompaniments. Lounge was cute, drinks were good (only can do a drink before because it’s a sprint once you sit down), hostess and waiter were great. I would have rated it lower but I didn’t want to complain. So I didn’t give them a chance to correct things but 50 minutes for 17 courses is insane. I tried to show my displeasure by slowing down but no one cared/noticed.

  Not at all impressed. The ambiance was missing and furniture looked tired. Wasn’t even given linen for dinner service. Just a paper cocktail napkin. We were the first seating of the night and in front of all seats was a cash tip jar with money in it. Very tacky considering most people tip on CC. We had to get out of our seat to get drink service. The sushi dishes were served inconsistently. Some back to back others a five min wait in between courses. My expectations considering the price was fancy but guests were there in flip flops and baseball hats so clearly no dress code at all which again considering the price and zip code one would expect a bit more. I do not recommend nor would I return.
