How come Subway hires staff that are not trained. The other night I walked in to buy cookies and another lady was there saying that she just started and there were no cookies baked. It was only 6 PM. The previous worker did not bother to bake any for the next shift. That’s a bunch of nonsense. I think subway needs to staff one more person.

- KRKarla RosarioJan 14, 20261.0Very bad experience. This happened on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. I placed an order that the restaurant received at 3:16 PM. I arrived to pick it up at 4:10 PM, and I was told that my order was not ready and that I needed to give them more time with laughing. I could not wait because I had my dog in the car, I was paying for babysitting. I returned again around 6:10 PM, and the experience was even worse. The woman serving customers, with ID #999997 (since she refused to give me her name), was very rude and rough, did not apologize at all. Extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and no respect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this location.
