Nice place, but they over charged me by $214. I called them to let them know and they said it's been happening frequently and they would fix it. Two weeks later and they never fixed it and never called me back.

The mozzarella with fresh tomatoes was absolutely terrible. They melted the mozzarella cheese, and it lost all its freshness. The cider polenta taste like it had a cheese in there. It really was not flavorful, and the meatballs were so so. I would not go back there again

I was visiting a friend for the weekend. We went to Serena Pastificio for dinner - it both being our first time. We decided to share the Branzino. I had never had this type of fish but I was willing to try it as my friend shared how great it was. The food arrived and within two bites we both started to choke. Seriously, chocking. There were small sharp bones throughout the fish. Usually this type of fish is deboned before serving however we were not told that there were bones. We asked to speak with the GM who approached our table and was clearly annoyed. He asked, "so what would you like me to do?" My friend repeated, "what would you like ME to do? What are you going to do?" He offered to take the entree off the bill. He walked away - came back with the bill and said, your server will take this when you are ready. He was very rude. If they are not going to fully debone their fish then the customers need to be told this. A person that acts and speaks to two women in such a manner should not be considered a "leader" of any type. This is exactly why our customer service is in the crapper!

We chose Serena Pastificio for Mother’s Day, hoping for a special experience, and unfortunately it was anything but.
When I made the reservation, I specifically requested seating in the main dining room. Instead, because the restaurant had clearly overbooked, we were placed in the bar area at what felt like an outdoor-style table with no linens or atmosphere whatsoever. It did not feel festive, welcoming, or appropriate for a holiday like Mother’s Day.
The service was extremely disappointing. My husband was served coffee once and never received a refill. Water was poured for me but not even offered to him. When dessert arrived, we were not given spoons for the panna cotta and had to ask. The response from staff was rude and dismissive, as if we were inconveniencing them by requesting basic utensils.
Throughout the meal, we felt completely ignored. No one checked on us, no one acknowledged Mother’s Day, and there was no effort made to make guests feel appreciated or cared for. I also noticed flowers being given to some tables at the end of their meal, while others — including us — received nothing. It honestly made me wonder if it was because we were using a gift card my daughter had generously given us.
The food itself was simply okay and certainly not worth the price. What was most upsetting, however, was the lack of concern from management. When I spoke to the manager and explained how disappointed I was — especially after learning they had overbooked — there was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no compassion at all.
As someone who no longer has my own mother, Mother’s Day is emotional already. I was looking forward to feeling celebrated and enjoying a meaningful meal with my family. Instead, the experience left me feeling sad, overlooked, and deeply disappointed.
I understand restaurants get busy on holidays, but kindness, attentiveness, and basic hospitality should never disappear because of it.
