- NAnicole ann6 days ago5.0Can't say enough excellent words about the service, food, and atmosphere/ambiance here. (And I've dined in Michelin restaurants and I've never worked in the restaurant industry- just love fine dining and have a lot of respect for those who work in hospitality). I came in for brunch here, and right off the bat, I was welcomed by my waitress, Kate. She was incredibly pleasant and prompt, and checked on me and my preferences while I was dining. I was open with her that I had my noise cancelling headphones on me because I'm a stroke survivor and struggle with having frequent headaches, and she even offered to turn down the music when I arrived, which I let her know was not necessary. I was given ample privacy in my seating choice and preference for quiet seating. The decoration/architecture in the restaurant is exceptional. The food came out hot. Alex, one of the managers, was very helpful and kind, and even recommended a wonderful museum for me to visit in Delray Beach, since I just moved back to South FL in January but am not incredibly familiar with the area, having just visited Boca for the first time in January (and I come here to the beach a lot). Really enjoyed my time here, and have nothing negative to say. (One interesting thing that I wanted to mention is that unless you have an artistic eye, you may not notice this detail. They made a very good choice with the specific lighting in the restaurant and the wine glasses that they chose for the table. Because of the way that the light strikes, an optical illusion is created with the glasses on the table that makes them look half full, even though they are empty. Found that so fascinating). See you again next time for brunch and hopefully dinner, too. ☺️

Even though the restaurant closed at 9, we never once felt rushed. They took their time with us and genuinely went above and beyond to make our evening special. The manager was wonderful, and Danielle and Leonora were absolutely amazing. Exceptional service from beginning to end. We felt so welcomed and taken care of, and I cannot recommend Serena Pacifico enough. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much !!

The cider polenta taste like it had a cheese in there. It really was not flavorful, and the meatballs were so so. I would not go back there again
