  Been here many times, over the years it has been going slowly downhill. The food is going downhill the quickest. Had 2 steak tacos, probably the worst tacos I have ever had. The tortilla was completely white, cold, meat chewy, no taste. This is not Mexican food. Burrito was about average, again not too much flavor. Will not be going back unfortunately. I can make better tacos at home. $9 for 1 taco is also highway robbery

  Had an awesome experience tonight at Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar. Danni was an amazing server… super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly from start to finish. The food was excellent, drinks were great, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. Definitely one of the better dining experiences we’ve had lately. We’ll definitely be back!

  I was very disappointed with my experience at Rocco’s Tacos in Boca Raton. When we arrived, it took about 15–20 minutes before anyone came over just to take our drink order. The service already felt slow and disorganized, and unfortunately it got worse from there. Before our waiter left halfway through the meal because he was sick, he accidentally brought food to our table that belonged to another table. I started eating it because I thought it was part of my order. When he came back, he picked it up and appeared to try to bring it to the correct table. I had to tell him that I had already eaten from it. He then took it back to the kitchen, and about five minutes later brought it back to me and said that since I had already eaten it, it was mine. That situation felt extremely unprofessional and concerning from a food-safety standpoint. On top of that, the food we did order was bland and not worth the price. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing the manager joking around with customers while many guests were still waiting for their orders to be taken or completed. It gave the impression that the staff was not focused on getting the restaurant back on track. I expected a much better experience, but the slow service, confusion with the food, bland food, and lack of urgency from management made the visit very disappointing. I would not be in a rush to come back. If I could give a 0 star review I would have.

  First of all Sal the outside bartender was above and beyond amazing! The food was almost as good as he was. Hot honey tacos were delish. BUT….first we were seated by the host (I think manager). No less than 6 employees, servers bussers and a hostess, looked at us, made eye contact, bussed tables and delivered food next to us but never even greeted us. Some more than once! So after ten minutes of being completely ignored, we moved to the bar and Sal took great care of us. Thank you Sal. And the rest of you? Do better. That was pretty bad customer service.

  I was there yesterday during Cinco de Mayo. Place was packed well over a two hour wait time for a table. The satellite bars were super helpful and the staff was amazing. I specifically would like to call out the manager Jeanine who came over to the table to say hello and make sure everybody was doing good. Also, our server Thomas was at the top of his game even with the place being super packed, we didn’t have to look for him once. We also had some nice conversation with another worker Anthony Curiale who brought us out the most amazing guacamole ever. I Highly recommend the blackened chicken fajitas. They were perfection. My honest opinion is that Rocco’s in Boca needs to host the big block party on CINCO DE MAYO!!
