Thanks to Vinnie and Dasia my tacos were made exactly how I wanted it, and every bite was delicious. Great customer service goes a long way, and this team knocked it out of the park. The back door was wide open, flies were around the food, and several items like the rice and queso were clumped and looked like they’d been sitting out for quite a while. An employee was sitting in the back doing who knows what and never noticed I had come in, so I ended up leaving. I came back later to give it another chance since I’ve always enjoyed Qdoba in other states, but unfortunately it was much of the same. Boxes everywhere, The rice and queso were cold and clumped together, the queso looked like really really bad, I wish I took a photo and the overall food presentation wasn’t very appetizing. The employee seemed new, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but based on my experiences and some of the other reviews, it seems like there may be staffing or turnover issues. Disappointing overall. I was excited to have a Qdoba in my hometown, but it hasn’t lived up to expectations so far.

The chicken was seasoned perfectly, the ingredients looked fresh. Thanks to Dasia and Vinnie they were friendly, patient, and helped me navigate the menu since it was my first visit. The restaurant was clean, and my order came out quickly. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for another burrito soon! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. 😉👍🏻
