- JLJosimar Lopez4 days ago1.0Very shady experience at this Qdoba. After a certain hour, employees suddenly stop accepting cards and say it’s “cash only.” No signs, no explanation, nothing. In 2026, a major chain restaurant not taking cards late at night raises serious questions. Either fix the card system or be transparent with customers before they order. Also, this wasn’t a one-time thing. Another time I came in around 8:30pm and most of the food was already wrapped up and put away even though the store supposedly closes at 10pm. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to serve customers anymore. Unsure if management is even aware this is happening, but I’m not coming back.

My suggestion to the manager would be to make sure there are 2 people to the front ALWAYS to service the walk in traffic, then herself and 2 other employees can be in back doing catering orders, extra prep of food. The food on display was dried out and down right not presentable for consumption. I would not recommend nor would I ever go back. Time wasted there just to get someone to take our order during lunch rush no less... Manager did not even delegate proper staff to service the customers that were right there in the lobby everyone had to wait until they were free from packing big orders to go out. STAFF BETTER or at least say hello and try to get someone on the customers in the front. I spent 17+ dollars there an I wish I could just get a refund plus we waited so long the other person with me just walked out...this was terrible.

Stephanie is a great manager and you can tell she helps keep everything running smoothly. I’ve come here multiple times and it’s always been a solid experience. I will continue to come back for more of the Adobo flamed grilled chicken ha ha! 😊
