Every single time I come and go to the drive-thru, they tell me, “Come inside, it’s not ready yet,” and when I go inside, the order is actually ready and they hand it to me. It’s a waste of time. The drive-thru only serves to tell me to get out of my car and pick it up inside. I honestly don’t understand it. Terrible service.
