  We were excited to have a Papa Johns open up right near us. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and are left very disappointed. The pizza is just not good at all. Save your money and order elsewhere.

  I recently visited a Papa John's location with my husband, driven by our craving for pizza. On arrival, we observed a bustling atmosphere with a staff of only two employees on duty, who were visibly occupied. One staff member, however, distinguished herself through her exceptional kindness and apologetic manner towards customers. She reassured us that additional support was forthcoming and politely requested our patience. Upon inquiry, she identified the store manager to me. Following our visit, I contacted the manager the next day and received a formal apology. I was surprised, however, when he informed me that the employee in question was no longer employed at the store. When I requested the employee's name, he declined to provide it, which I found disappointing given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on Papa John's leadership.

  I appreciate the good customer service the older women had on this past Friday. I wish I would have tip more, she deserves it.

  I was very happy they opened close to my house but the pizza is a complete disaster. Even without opening the box I was wondering why is it so heavy. After opening I was surprised with my supposedly Hawaiian pizza with almost no pineapple on it. Very disappointed. I guess Whole Foods is a better deal after all.
