We waited over 2 hours for our delivery. We tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone. We eventually went to the store ourselves, only to find out that our order had not even been cooked yet. There was only one young employee working, and he was doing absolutely everything and trying to keep the store running. My frustration is not directed at this young man. In fact, I want to recognize him because, despite being left alone with an unreasonable workload, he was doing his best to manage the situation ALONE. This review is directed toward Papa John’s management. Leaving one employee alone to run an entire pizza location, especially during a busy period, is unacceptable. Management needs to provide adequate staffing and support for their employees and customers. I sincerely hope Papa John’s management sees this review and, at the very least, acknowledges the young man for the amount of work he was trying to handle on his own. He deserved better support.

This place has always been great, but my experience on April 17, 2026 was disappointing. There was a new lady serving me, and the service was not good. First, the person taking my order face-to-face got it wrong. Then she came over to retake the order, which already wasn’t a great start. At the end, I asked for two garlic butter sauces that normally come with each pizza. She said they don’t come with it anymore. I asked if they charge for them, letting her know I didn’t mind paying, but she seemed unhappy and gave off a negative attitude. I don’t understand what’s going on, but if staff can’t take an order correctly face-to-face and then act like they’re doing me a favor—especially after I tipped with good intention—something is clearly off. This needs to be addressed.
