  I order a big Mac meal and they give me the burger just bread and meat with no lettuce no tomato no cheese nothing just the bread and meat and I can’t go back to negotiate with them because I had to go to the daycare to take my baby I’m so mad at them and I will never go back again

  Instead of producing food the staff is more interested in paddling their stats to corporate. It took 20 minutes to get a Big Mac meal. The fried were room temp. They are clicking that they server orders that the haven't started on to make themselves look efficient. Me and another customer were looking at a pile of sandwiches that sat for 15 minutes in front of us getting cold. In my picture you can see the order time of 7:20. I didn't receive it till 7:39.

  Ordered with the mobile app. Pulled into the drive-thru, one other person, they still had to park me out front so that I could wait for my food. While waiting I saw one of my co-workers from my office pull up, park the car, go inside, and came out with food before my food was ready So if you want your food fast, don't use the drive-thru. The most backwards and nonsensical advice for a drive-thru, fast food location Also they keep giving me diet coke when I order regular? Its happened more than once now,don't know what's up with that so check your drinks before you pull away
