  Every time I come here and I order a value bag of six or five dollar bag it seems my drink always gets up charged that’s like stealing my money if I didn’t ask for no up charge I brought it to there attention the two other times that it happened and then today it’s a new guy and they’re trying to blame the new guy. No, that’s how he’s being trained is to upgrade somebody’s drink without even asking then the lady at the other window, gonna argue me to death that it’s only $.40 it’s my $.40 and times that by the 500 people that come through the McDonald’s a day McDonald’s is coming up and taking advantage of people.

  I was in the restaurant, ate and after eating tried to buy a sundae and I had the worse customer service ever from one of the employees (a lady). She told me that they were closed eventhoug everything was on and running (because of the autmac). Not coming back to this location definitely (Wednesday may 06, 2026 11:05pm)

  I come here often since my job is close by and usually place any where from 5-8 orders. I am TIRED of this being the only McDonald’s in Boca where the employees act like asking for sauce is coming out of their personal paychecks. EVERY VISIT, it’s a fight over sauce. Today they gave me 3 BBQ sauces for 5 orders..when I asked for more, the lady at the drive thru said “you have them in your bag” and slammed the window in my face. What’s the point of asking for what sauce I want when taking the order if they’re not going to put it in the bag with your order and fight about it at the window???
