We throughly enjoyed everything. Chas v’shalom there was a minor mix up but everything was yummy. We appreciate your pizza which even impressed my mother as well as your weekly specials and the other items which you offer.

Very efficient operation. Nice when you order food and it's ready on time. Staff was friendly and effective. But I'm a little old fashioned and all the piercings are a bit off putting. I guess I'll just have to adjust and not prejudge.

What great fun food. Easy to serve and fun and yummy to eat. We ordered enough for our whole school, and literally everyone loved it!!! From the youngest grades through high school and the teachers, Lenny’s delivered on all counts! Great food, great service, fresh and delicious! We had it delivered this time, but it’s always worth a trip to Boca for Lenny’s !

I’ve been to Lenny’s multiple times, pretty much every time I visit Boca. The food is decent. What happened after Pesach, though, was completely unacceptable. I personally did not care much about getting pizza right after Chag, but my wife did, so I went. On my way there, I called and reached the cashier to place an order for two pies. I was told they would be ready between 9:40 and 10:00 p.m. They took my credit card over the phone, and I prepaid. Based on that, I waited outside the restaurant until that time. That is where the problems started. A little after 9:40, they were only letting in people who had ordered before Chag, one by one. By then, there were already a number of people outside who had been told the same thing I was, that their pizza would be ready between 9:40 and 10:00, and whose cards had already been charged. I do not know who was managing the door, or whether he was an employee or owner, but he would open the door only long enough to take another preorder name and then shut it again. He would not answer any questions from anyone else. To everyone’s credit, the group of people outside, all in the same situation, remained very patient and respectful. There was no yelling or pushing. At one point, one man tried hard to get the attention of the person at the door and politely asked on behalf of all of us what was going on with the orders that were supposed to be ready by 10:00. The response was that if you had not ordered before Chag, you would not get a pie until 11:00 p.m. or even 12am. When asked why people had been told otherwise, he said he did not care what the cashier said because it was not “written in the Torah,” and then shut the door. That was the moment this went from disorganized to outright rude. There was no explanation, no apology, no offer to cancel the orders, and no effort to make things right. I came back 30 minutes later and they were still only filling preorders. I then tried calling, and the phone line had been taken down. If you do not have the capacity to take orders after Chag, then do not take them. If you only have bandwidth for preorders, that is completely fine. But do not charge people’s cards, give them pickup times you cannot honor, and then respond with rudeness when they ask reasonable questions. I did not need pizza that night, but if you are going to take my order and charge my card, at minimum you need to take responsibility for what your staff tells customers and how they are treated.
