  Eli, working at store 677, was quick, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. He helped me tweak my Protein Berry Workout. I chose to substitute the Strawberries with Blueberries and add Raspberry Sherbert. He also helped me by suggesting I download the app to start earning rewards. His customer service is exceptional!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with our experience today. We ordered two identical açaí bowls, and both came out missing the oatmeal that was supposed to be included. Instead, each bowl had an excessive amount of peanut butter that took up nearly half the bowl, leaving much less room for the actual fruit and toppings. My daughter specifically wanted the oatmeal, so I went back to ask for the missing oatmeal for both bowls. The employee kindly gave it to us, and we added it to our bowls. However, after we had already poured it in, the manager sent the employee back over to tell us we would have to pay extra for it. Had the bowls been made correctly in the first place, we never would have needed to ask for oatmeal. Being told to pay extra for an ingredient that should have already been included felt unfair and unprofessional. The combination of incorrect orders, poor portion balance, and how the situation was handled by management turned what should have been a simple family treat into a frustrating experience. I hope Jamba Juice takes customer service and order accuracy more seriously in the future.
