Happy to see the change! They finally fixed the leak on the ceiling and the place is much more clean! Kudos to Pierre, he runs the place with a smile! Great customer service! He was at the register, prepared burgers, cooked the fries and delivered the orders, wherever the need was, Pierre was there. He even fixed the ketchup dispenser and all with the biggest smile and courtesy. He is one of those people that makes you go back! We will go back!! Thank you Pierre, I hope the other crew members see the example you are setting.

I’m sad to say I used to love going to five guys, Probably the last time I will go. Last night I went with my parents, this service and communication with the staff was horrible. There was nobody in line when we arrived at the restaurant and two other customers already seated eating their food. After about 15 minutes of not receiving our burgers I was wondering what is going on it usually comes out quicker I go up to the counter I see no burgers on the grill and I’m wondering what where are our burgers. I politely let the staff know hey I’m waiting for my meals is it ready, the communication back Was nonexistent. Asked her about 20 minutes our order was ready when we opened the bag the fries were very hot, burgers ice cold and buns are already getting soggy, I then realized that the staff was waiting for a small fry to be ready which they were slacking on in order to serve four burgers. Unacceptable and the meal was completely unenjoyable. That will be our last time going unfortunately.

On a weekend, in the mood for a burger, Figured I give this place a try once again and see if this would satisfy my burger craving. Good amount of staff in the premise. Unfortunately, it caters more to the take out orders than the customers who dine in. Need to find staff who enjoy what they do and not Just to get orders out Great food and customer service will always have return customers In the meantime the burgers that they are known & famous for lack the great seasoning and juiciness. It’s over cooked yet the cheese is not melted Positive note the fries were great Heads up what happen to the barrel a large box of peanuts in the center of the dining of is not presentation When attempting to get peanuts I had to scoop and pass the ones that look dirty or moldy.
