I was incredibly impressed with the selection and taste of all the meals ! After trying another service for quite a while I decided to switch . I love that they offer different sized meals . The penne à la vodka is soooo good . The employees are all so helpful and sweet . Lisa was so accommodating and passionate and it was refreshing to see ! Don’t forget to try the cookie dough balls !

We love coming in here to grab easy, delicious on the go meals. The overnight oats, bbq and Mac and cheese and protein bites are some of our favorites. The staff are always so lovely!

After trying many meal services I ran into fitlife foods and decided to stop in the Boca Raton location. I walked into a clean well organized establishment and was warmly greeted by a smiling welcoming staff member Stephen ! He was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining things clearly and making recommendations that turned out to be outstanding. Food .. let me just say it is TOP NOTCH! I especially love the 3 portion/calorie content sizes to choose from mKing this even more unique and customizable for anyone! Will DEFINITELY CONTINUE to be customer!!!

I am SO happy I found this place! I love that you can simply walk in, choose your meals, and be set for the week. The quality is noticeably better than other grab-and-go meal places I’ve tried—the chicken actually tastes like real, fresh chicken and isn’t gummy or processed-tasting. Lisa and the entire staff are always so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely passionate about Fitlife Foods. You can tell they really care about the food and their customers. This has made eating well much easier without having to cook every night. My husband can come home, grab a meal, heat it up, and dinner is done! I also love always having a healthy meal waiting in the fridge so I’m less tempted to overindulge or order something unhealthy. 100% worth the trip. Great food, great people, and SO convenient. Highly recommend!!

Fitlife Foods in central Boca is a fantastic find. I’ve been coming here for about a year and stop in roughly twice a month to stock up on lunches to keep at work. There are so many high-protein options that are healthy and delicious, and the prices are great. I probably couldn’t cook these meals myself for the same money, especially once I factor in my time. Time is money, and this makes my workweek easier. The customer service deserves just as much credit. Alexa always greets me by name and asks if there’s anything specific I’m looking for. Her manager, Lisa, is equally kind and generous with her time and attention. They make every visit a pleasure. Great food, great value and people who take care of their customers. Highly recommend!
