  The other day, I placed a last-minute order for 20 mixed egg-and-cheese sandwiches with different meats, along with the twice-baked hash browns, only an hour before I needed them. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, and were able to fulfill my order! The timeliness and willingness of the employees were much appreciated.

  I went early expecting to get a fresh bagel, but unfortunately, the opposite was true. The bagel was quite hard and difficult to chew, even with the shmear. I’ve had much softer and fresher bagels at other locations, so this was disappointing, especially since it was my first time visiting this location. I also noticed the kitchen area could have been tidier, particularly since it wasn’t busy at the time of my visit. That said, it seemed like they have a lot of regular customers, so they must be doing something right.

  The people are really nice. Being from the hospitality industry, I appreciate it very much when the staff knows your name, greets you when you come in and wishes you a great day. Hospitality makes everything taste 1000% better and they have great bagels and good coffee.

  This Einstein location on Glades Road and 441, is THEE BEST location in the COUNTY!! Annie is the Manager is she is absolutely wonderful as is her staff. I usually order online for pick up, but every time I walk in I'm not only greeted, but greeted by name. They know my orders by heart and know that I usually put my coffee in a thermos to take with me. My order is ready within 5 minutes and waiting for me when I arrive. A TRUE lifesaver. The store is impeccable, clean, always well stocked and ALWAYS fresh, hot coffee ready to go. They are the BEST!!
