He even surprised my daughter with a special Dunkin’ holiday book, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day! It was clear that Sam takes great pride in his work, creating a positive customer experience, and keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently. Even more impressive was seeing his newer employees demonstrating those same values and providing excellent customer service. It really speaks volumes about his leadership and the culture he creates for his team. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Sam, and the entire team, for making our visit so special! We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back.

He kindly agreed, but the morning manager immediately intervened and publicly screamed at me in front of a lobby full of customers, shouting: "NEXT TIME YOU WANTED CUT TELL YOUR CASHIER!" with a disgusting attitude. Humiliating paying customers over a simple service request is unacceptable.

Because I’m currently visiting my grandmother I wanted coffee and a quiet area to do my studying. I called in advance to see if they have WiFi and asked if it’s okay for me to come in and buy coffee and study. I spoke to the manager and asked to for his name but didn’t give it to me, which I understand. But I didn’t understand why he started rambling about some lady taking up two tables. He did have a thick accent so it’s was a little difficult to understand especially with him mumbling. He ends up hanging up the phone one me which is rude. This place already has bad reviews and I can imagine why, this place definitely needs classes on customer service and new management. Very sad.
