What prompted me to write this review: I waited a lot and after some time I ask the guy about the status, he says ops my partner forgot your order. There was only one other customer 🤦🏻♂️

At first, the owner came across as friendly and personable, but that quickly changed when I made a mistake while placing my order. As soon as I realized the error, I immediately acknowledged it and apologized. I repeatedly told him that I was mistaken and took responsibility for the misunderstanding. Instead of simply correcting the order and moving on, he continued to lecture me about how I was wrong. The conversation went in circles, and no matter what I said—even when I agreed with him—he seemed determined to turn it into an argument. What bothered me most was the passive-aggressive and increasingly hostile attitude. A simple customer mistake should not result in being berated, especially after the customer has already admitted the error and apologized. The situation felt unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. After receiving my refund, I put the money into the tip jar because the employees were not the problem. In fact, the interaction left me feeling sorry for the staff. If this is how customers are treated, I can only imagine the work environment they deal with every day. Customer service is about treating people with respect, even when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I won't be returning, and I would encourage others in Boca to support businesses that value respectful and professional customer interactions.

My family and I have been coming here for years and I have always been satisfied with the quality of my orders, the service, and the cleanliness of the location. What really stands out to me about this Dunkin is that the owner is ALWAYS present and working alongside his employees. I have so much respect for that. He is always so friendly, too, and has been very welcoming to all his customers, including myself! Great experiences here, definitely recommend.
