- TTTiaMar 31, 20261.0Worst dunkin I've ever been to!! yesterday 03/30/2026 around 7:33/7:40am there was a guy working there (tall black guy), he gave me my food with an attitude and not sure if he was having a bad morning but I ordered water but didn't get it when I received my food so I let him know I ordered water, he turned around, didn't respond to me then a minute later while I was waiting to ask someone else, he turned to me and said as loud as he could in front of everyone(I was so embarrassed because all I said was "I ordered a bottle of water) " THE FRIDGE IS IN THE CORNER, THE WATER IS IN THE FRIDGE IN THE CORNER" HE REPEATEDLY REPEATED IT OVER AND OVER!!!! I've never been to that location nor have I ever ordered a bottle of water from Dunkin so I truly didn't know it was in the fridge... My morning started off great that day, I was in such a good mood when I walked in there but I left so unhappy and unsatisfied... I threw my food in the garbage because after that, I didn't have the appetite to eat anymore!!!!! Such a horrible morning experience with that guy! Sucks I didn't get his name!

Just go straight to the line and avoid the kiosk if you have no choice and have to go here.

I even paid for two boxes of Dunkin decaf about a 4 dollar premium over what it sells for in publics.....I want to be compensated for my bagel or I will dispute the credit card charge...and provide a phone number that works
