  I purchase 6 dollar menu & when check my account noticed they charged me 7.99 . It looks the cashier is adding her tip to the total balance. You have to be very careful and ask for receipt.

  Worst dunkin I've ever been to!! yesterday 03/30/2026 around 7:33/7:40am there was a guy working there (tall black guy), he gave me my food with an attitude and not sure if he was having a bad morning but I ordered water but didn't get it when I received my food so I let him know I ordered water, he turned around, didn't respond to me then a minute later while I was waiting to ask someone else, he turned to me and said as loud as he could in front of everyone(I was so embarrassed because all I said was "I ordered a bottle of water) " THE FRIDGE IS IN THE CORNER, THE WATER IS IN THE FRIDGE IN THE CORNER" HE REPEATEDLY REPEATED IT OVER AND OVER!!!! I've never been to that location nor have I ever ordered a bottle of water from Dunkin so I truly didn't know it was in the fridge... My morning started off great that day, I was in such a good mood when I walked in there but I left so unhappy and unsatisfied... I threw my food in the garbage because after that, I didn't have the appetite to eat anymore!!!!! Such a horrible morning experience with that guy! Sucks I didn't get his name!

  New place design is cold and unfriendly. Same staff who don't know how to run tickets. Placed order on kiosk, then people in line after we placed our order are getting theirs and walking out. We just ordered 2 donuts/ bagel bites and a cold brew. This was Sunday morning on 3/8/26. Just go straight to the line and avoid the kiosk if you have no choice and have to go here.

  Was there this morning and spent 22 dollars. Got home and my 2 + dollar bagel is not in my bag. Try to call the phone number listed here no one answers and after it rings awhile asks for my remote access code. I even paid for two boxes of Dunkin decaf about a 4 dollar premium over what it sells for in publics.....I want to be compensated for my bagel or I will dispute the credit card charge...and provide a phone number that works

  I only go to this one due to it's location. But orders are often wrong. Very skimpy on cream cheese. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I received a multigrain bagel with barely any cream cheese smeared on half.
