- OBOphelia BallsenmeJul 31, 20261.0I get there at 5:30AM on 7/31/2026, Friday morning and ask for 8 blueberry muffins and 2 coffee cake muffins and want them placed in a box taller than the muffins so they don't get squashed. This short Haitian counter woman proceeds to place them in a donut box which is shorter than the muffins. I explain to her that DD always puts muffins in a taller box. She gets frustrated and tells me she will not use another box and then refuses to serve me. I walked out of there muffinless and went to the DD further down east on Yamato and a nice Indian lady did as I asked and placed 9 blueberry muffins and 1 coffee cake muffin into 3 tall boxes. That short Haitian woman refused a $26 dollar sale because she wanted to do things her way and not the customers way. That DD will NOT last with her there.

The sandwiches were fine but the munchkins were stale and they forgot the vanilla syrup in the coffee. They also did not give the munchkin flavors we requested When I went back to complain the owner started to basically refuse to hear my complaint was argumentative. He only kept saying that everything is fresh always. Well I know his business is slow now so I don’t believe him at all. He was rude and should have just given me s credit. He said why didnt I bring them back but I had brought them for my daughter to bring to some kids and there was no time to go back and forth. I really hope that man’s business suffers as we will never go back to that Dunkin’ again.
- RBRenata BragaMay 6, 20261.0I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on the corner of Yamato Road and 441 in Boca Raton almost every morning before work. I’m a teacher, so grabbing breakfast quickly on my way is important, and this location is very convenient for me. I always order online and stop to pick up. Unfortunately, almost every time, they are out of basic items. Almond milk, croissants, mini bagels, simple things that should be available early in the morning. The employees working there in the mornings are always very kind and polite. You can tell they feel embarrassed when customers complain, because this situation happens constantly and is clearly not their fault. What is disappointing is the management of this location. The store always seems unprepared. This week was Teacher Appreciation Week, and every year Dunkin’ usually has promotions for teachers. Today the employees didn’t even know about it, and there was nothing available. I really wish this location was better managed because the staff is nice and the store is in such a convenient spot. But after so many repeated issues, I may have to start going somewhere else.

The manager assured me they will have the tea in tomorrow morning. So I believed him and I ordered it again via my Mobile app and again no Black tea bags. AND the best part not credit or refund on the app. I just walked out over $8.00 in 2 days thrown away…waste!!!! They need to get the ordering of product in check. This is a simple part of running a store CHECK your inventory daily and place orders. Wow 🤯
