  I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on the corner of Yamato Road and 441 in Boca Raton almost every morning before work. I’m a teacher, so grabbing breakfast quickly on my way is important, and this location is very convenient for me. I always order online and stop to pick up. Unfortunately, almost every time, they are out of basic items. Almond milk, croissants, mini bagels, simple things that should be available early in the morning. The employees working there in the mornings are always very kind and polite. You can tell they feel embarrassed when customers complain, because this situation happens constantly and is clearly not their fault. What is disappointing is the management of this location. The store always seems unprepared. This week was Teacher Appreciation Week, and every year Dunkin’ usually has promotions for teachers. Today the employees didn’t even know about it, and there was nothing available. I really wish this location was better managed because the staff is nice and the store is in such a convenient spot. But after so many repeated issues, I may have to start going somewhere else.

  Not happy, via my Mobile App I ordered black hot tea and yesterday they were out, so I needed to get a replacement drink that I did not want. The manager assured me they will have the tea in tomorrow morning. So I believed him and I ordered it again via my Mobile app and again no Black tea bags. AND the best part not credit or refund on the app. I just walked out over $8.00 in 2 days thrown away…waste!!!! They need to get the ordering of product in check. This is a simple part of running a store CHECK your inventory daily and place orders. Wow 🤯

  Ordered a drink online discovered it was made wrong when I got it home, but that wasn’t the real kicker. The kicker was the sandwich they made for me. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese on sourdough. They did not even toast the bread. It looked like they just put everything in the box. There was no manager/adult the only thing I saw were two teenagers probably 16/17years old making food the place looked really dirty and I’m not actually going to blame them because this is lack of training! if there was a manager present, it’s probably wouldn’t be going on. shame on the owner for letting this go on in their establishment or/the manager if there was even one there. And it would also be nice to teach your staff about sanitation and changing their gloves and I know what I’m talking about. I am management health sanitation certified. I work in the food industry business.
