I choose Dunkin over Starbucks specificly for the fact that Dunkin doesn't harras you to pay a tip for handing a cup of coffee through a window. I am entirely over this rampant tipping society we have here.

Bring it up and they'll do right for you. Friendly place. Angelica makes sure all employees serve you with a smile. Very clean too. Tables, floors, restrooms, even outside that lady keeps busy and does a great job. Drop a tip in their jar. It's always empty and they deserve it. Yes, there is a quick drive through also if you're on the go and a ramp for wheelchairs leading to the door.

I had to repeat at least 4 times my order because the person was not speaking good English.... How is it possible to hire people that do not speak fluent English to take orders ? Ofc my order was wrong and I told the girl. She didn't say anything. I also told her they shouldn't hire people that aren't fluent in English and she said 'ok'. No apologies for the wrong order, nothing.
