  I've come here for awhile but I'm finally done being disrespected, I don't normally do this type of stuff but I'm tired. My order has been messed up multiple times while coming here over the years but today was the final straw. So I'm looking to get a big order (I didn't eat breakfast so I was looking for a good lunch), I order ahead of time while I'm walking there (10:37) and get there at 10:38 (took me awhile to put everything in). I don't mind waiting though cause the reason I'm there is to hangout and talk with my brother over lunch. I pick up the items as they come out and are put in the PICK UP AREA (in total I ordered 7 items a refresher, a small Oreo coffee, a sandwich, a jelly donut, and 3 hash browns) it's quite a lot of stuff but it's for two people, and again I'm no stranger to waiting patiently. My sandwich comes out with some of the bread missing but I brush that off (it wasn't the first time they messed up the sandwiches), but what really got me was that the small coffee wasn't ready yet (I assume it's just the lunch rush, and if it gets to late I'll go and ask politely). So around 11:15 rolls around and it's getting a little slower again so I go and ask, she then goes searching for a drink in the back and comes out with a melted frozen coffee. (I had seen her making something like it in the back but it wasn't put in the pick up area like with all my other items, so I had assumed it was for someone else). I then go back to the counter to get it redone or something and try to explain, instead to be told it was my falt cause I ordered it at 10:37 and didn't pick it up until 11:15 (mind you I was sitting right across from the pick-up area since 10:38) and that I should be more responsible next time. She did remake the order but this visit felt terrible. Maybe I'm the bad guy here for not going and checking why it was taking so long sooner, but I didn't want to be rude while it was lunch rush time. Whatever the case I'm not going back I guess both for their benefit as well as mine.

  Nobody here speaks more than broken english, they are always either understaffed or have 3 people doing one task thats still behind and nobody doing the others. This location needs better management and better trained employees

  The employees were really nice! They were really kind and gave me my order without waiting a long time The was amazing, the atmosphere is great. 5 stars.

  I’ll just post a picture of the donut, I hope you guys can make better than that. Literally throw in the bag, kinda looks like shit.

  I asked for the 6 dollar menu and when I checked my bank statement noticed a charge for 7.99. it seems the cashier is adding a tip after you tap your card.
