  So I ordered 2 dozen donuts and called ahead to make sure they were ready at a certain time. The manager on the phone assured me, so at the appropriate time I went in. Upon speaking to the manager in the store, Hechti I believe his name was, he said he didn’t have any order. I was shocked. Then, as a wise manager would, he asked what number did I call and I showed it to him and he said “that is not this store”. Wow did I make a big mistake !!! However this manager so was kind!! Maybe he saw how stressed out I was, because he said don’t worry we will do it right away…and they did !! The young lady helping him filled my order super fast and he checked me out asap. This is top notch customer service. Thank you to Hechti and his team!! God bless this manager ! (lesson learned for me - always double check the location 😆)

  Customer service experience needs improvement. I ordered a large drink got .75 of a drink but it was good with a few tweaks.

  We all know the quality of your Dunkin order depends on the location. It can be hit or miss. Unfortunately, this location is a miss. I have given this location several chances, but each time I am disappointed. Drinks often lack sweetener or flavoring; they add too much dairy, or the coffee can be lacking. Additionally, this location tends to run out of certain donut flavors. The quality isn’t outright terrible, but it could be a heck of a lot better. Therefore, your best bet is to go to a different location. Because if you know you like your order a certain way, it is very likely this location won’t make it right. The highlight of this place is that the workers are very nice. I have no complaints when it comes to speaking to them. The customer service is great, but the actual product quality needs better consistency.
