Came in when it was very slow but yet all the tables were left dirty, teas were all empty, no brown rice, white rice was gooey, and beans had no flavor. What is going on with the quality… Yet, so many employees on the clock. Chipotle’s is not the same lately unfortunately.

The online orders were piling up and nobody bothered to get to them. I watched them make my bowl and when they ran out of salsa they literally poured a spoon of water from the container into the bowl. All I could think is, I hope that's not mine. I asked for a refund and was given a horrible attitude and told it's my fault for ordering on the app. My order was missing literally half the stuff I ordered and had a spoon of water in it. I paid for Guac and Cilantro sauce. Got nothing. There was hardly any meat in the bowl as well like they ran out and gave me the last 2 pieces and didn't bother to say anything. Whoever runs this place should be replaced immediately. Apparently, there was no manager on duty as well. I'm also a customer who orders catering weekly for 30-40 people. I like Chipotle but I'm sure somebody at corporate is wondering why they aren't getting more catering business and it's because they can't even handle single customer orders. Feel free to reach out via my ticket # CAR25381971 This is the first time I've ever written a bad review but the amount of problems I've had with this location, I finally felt like putting something out there. I'm glad to know I'm not alone when it comes to the horrible experience here.
