  Diasspointing experience! The chubby white lady was borderline disrespectful and lied straight to my face when I went to pickup an order for a lemonade. She said it was all in their and I had to walk back from my car just to find an empty cup. And when I was there I asked her if I had to fill it up myself and if I was good to go because I thought since I literally ordered pickup to save time and haven't ordered lemonade before from chipotle it mightve been prefilled she was again rude to me. And the lemonade I got was lukewarm lol,not even cold

  I have just not had a good experience at this Chipotle after several visits over two years. Dirty floors and tables, gross and cold food, disgruntled employees, it seems to be something new every time. I decided to stop by a few nights ago. I entered at 8:10pm with 6 people ahead of me in line. At 8:24 I left because the line still had 6 people ahead of me and there was not a single bowl being made. Close to 8 employees behind the counter and seemingly none of them wanted to actually do their job. One of them even hid behind a wall and pulled his phone out while side-eyeing customers. Just strange behavior overall. With Chipotle starting to charge a premium these days, you’d expect better all around, but it’s seemingly always getting worse.

  After 100+ visits and always ordering the exact same chicken bowl, I had the most baffling customer service experience of my life. When I got to checkout, my total was ~$3 higher than usual. I asked why, and the cashier said it was rung up as double chicken. I explained that wasn’t what I ordered, and wasn’t what I received - just one scoop, as always. Instead of correcting it, the cashier consulted the employee who made the bowl, who said he “thought” he made it with double chicken. (He didn’t) What followed was three employees literally removing the lid and getting eye level with my bowl - staring at the chicken beneath the sour cream, cheese, and pico - to try and determine how many cubes of chicken were in there. After this investigation, they concluded it “looked like” double chicken. I thought I must’ve been on some prank show. Unfortunately, I wasn’t. Their solution was to throw the bowl away and remake it if I didn’t want to pay for double. I told them to go ahead and remake it. Eventually they charged me the correct price. I don’t care about $3. It’s the principle. I was treated like I was a liar and a thief, over food I’ve gotten here consistently for years without a single issue. Going forward, I will inconvenience myself to make sure I avoid this location like the plague.
