Today (10/1), after battling rainy traffic for family dinner, my order was missing a sandwich. Calling the store didn't help clarify things—the assistant manager claimed her staff was sure they packed it, but then stated she had no explanation for why it was missing. While a replacement was offered, driving back out isn't always practical. I hope management and the operator for this retail store uses this feedback to enforce basic order checks. To all the customers - Please verify your entire order at the window before driving off. This is the 3rd time out of the last 6 where family members go without their food items, so I had to say something about this. This is upsetting.

I went to the Glades and 441 location and simply asked to change my order of the new chicken sandwiches to meals. Somehow, that simple request turned into complete chaos. A young woman who identified herself as the GM became rude, had someone else speak to me, and then jumped back into the conversation. When I asked for the employees’ names, Nikole, the cashier, refused to provide them. I eventually asked for my food back because of how poorly everything was being handled. I was then told I could not receive a refund because I used the Chick-fil-A app. It is 2026 how does using an app prevent a customer from receiving a refund? The entire situation could have been resolved with basic communication, professionalism, and customer service. Instead, I was made to feel like a simple request was an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and critical thinking was extremely disappointing. I was with my son, which is probably the only reason I remained as calm as I did. I have been a Chick-fil-A customer for years, but this experience was unacceptable.

He greeted me when I walked in, provided purell wipes and mints before the meal, brought us our food and all the condiments, utensils and napkins we needed. During the meal, he made sure our drinks were always refilled and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always cleaner when Joey is here managing things. I would specifically come back to this Chick Fil A, despite living closer to another location, because of Joey!

I went inside briefly to wash my face and accidentally left a very important Miami Heat championship ring behind. I realized my mistake almost immediately and returned within about two minutes, after going to the library across the street. When I came back, the ring was gone. I don’t know who took it, it was an employee or a cleaner. But, the fact that my ring disappeared within such a short amount of time is extremely concerning. This ring has significant sentimental value because it was given to me by someone important to me. I’m extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at this location. I am asking management to take this seriously, review any available security footage, speak with the employees who were working, and help me recover my ring ASAP. I’m extremely disappointed because I expected better from a business that presents itself around Christian values. You guys should open on Sundays. Not a Christian place you are THIEVES. I want my ring back, and I hope management will investigate this situation properly and make things right. I will do whatever it takes TRUST ME. Peace be with you.
