  Chantel’s service was EXCELLENT! We had a 6:15 reservation and started with the Ahi Tuna Wonton Crisps from the Happy Hour menu—they were AMAZING! We also ordered the Salmon with the Pan-Asian and Mango sauces on the side, and both were absolutely DELICIOUS. The Fish & Chips were just okay, but everything else more than made up for it. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and were pleasantly surprised by how bright, airy, and inviting the restaurant was. It was a completely different experience from the old location on Powerline. Most importantly, Chantel made our dinner! She was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and genuinely wonderful. Her excellent service made the entire evening feel special. We will definitely be back!

  Very good place esp. for lunch. Clean, modern dining room with a nice bar, and a good lunch special menu. Wednesday is their Bang Bang shrimp special day, where this appetizer is just $7 - crispy shrimp in a delicious spicy sauce. We also ordered bang-bang shrimp tacos (2 tacos in the same spicy sauce), which I paired with a small Caeser salad - great meal; fish and chips, crispy and flavorful, as well as chicken Caeser salad - nicely grilled, and the dressing was excellent. They also have some good Mocktails - I highly recommend the Nojito! We ended the meal with a slice of cheesecake that was very smooth. Adam was a very efficient & knowledgeable server, and helped make our working lunch a success.

  We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and Siarra could have not been nicer. I wanted to give her a big hug but I was shy. Lol! She was THE BEST WAITRESS EVER! Oh, I mean it. Thank you for the free champagne and the brownie! We will be back for the Lili Chicken! Great atmosphere and great food. My husband loved the Key Lime Martini so much he had two of them! Kudos to the manager as well who took the time to come to our table to congratulate us. Thank you so very much!

  We had a very disappointing experience at Bonefish today. My husband went there for lunch and waited over an hour for his food. By the time he got back to work and cut into his chicken, it was completely raw in the middle. He drove all the way back to the restaurant to show them, but no one acknowledged him. He stood at the bar for about 30 minutes before anyone asked what he needed. When someone finally spoke with him, the only options they offered were to recook the chicken or give him a beverage. They did refund his money, but that did not make up for the fact that he lost his entire lunch break and had to make an extra trip back because the food was unsafe to eat. Serving raw chicken is a serious food safety issue. We expected much better customer service and concern for the situation. A refund alone was not enough after the inconvenience, wasted time, and potential health risk. We hope Bonefish takes food safety and customer service more seriously in the future.
