  We found out from a professional Nordstrom store employee, a few days after this disaster, that we are not the first to have complained about the restaurant and a subset of its employees, that this has been going on for months, and that its management and staff are being replaced soon. So, shame on Nordstrom for having allowed this situation to fester, their hands probably tied by “political“ considerations and concomitantly a “changing” clientele. Nordstrom owes us, at the very least, an apology.

  The service doesn’t even deserve one star. Sadly, this restaurant was the last bastion of civility in a mall that has completely “changed“ (anyone from this area knows exactly what that means). Unfortunately, so has the restaurant. There are a couple of waitresses and a female bartender who are professional and respectful, but that’s it. We are an older couple, who meekly, politely - and quickly - ordered, and who asked nicely for ketchup for the fries, twice. We were ignored in favor of another couple, one party of which was clearly “picky“, taking forever to place their order and who perhaps appealed more to the staff than we did, possibly based on appearance or native language. Once that order was taken by the waiter, he moved on to another table nearby and spent time with them. He finally and predictably came over when our fries were almost gone, apologized superficially, and wondered if we still wanted some ketchup at that point. No offer of dessert, for instance; those days are long gone, because the world has changed. But I haven’t: I paid, still tipping him generously, and waited for a printout of the bill. Never got it; he decided to disappear so that I had to ask the bartender for it. He then chose to reappear precisely as the bartender was handing me the duplicate. What a humiliation. We regularly spend money in Nordstrom stores. I intend to contact Nordstrom’s corporate offices to find out whether we’ve been flagged for mistreatment, and if so for what reason.

  Can’t even rate the food. Waiter took 10 mins to check up on us and get our drink order. And 7 minutes later still talking to two other women at the bar, completely ignoring us. No silverware at the table, even at a non-peak time. Just a bad experience.

  Mark was wonderful! Not only was he adorable, but he was very attentive too! Our meal was even better because mark was our server. 10/10 rating! He was phenomenal and the environment was great. Make sure to ask for him next time
