How can a legitimate bagel store run out of plain bagels on the morning? Or egg bagels? Add to that, their disposition towards clients could improve.

This is the second time my wife and I are coming to this location. We thought the first time was a one-off occurrence, but clearly rudeness and exclusivity is prominent at this location. Expect to be treated as if the staff are working there for free and against their will. You have been warned. 5 people behind the counter who could care less about customer service and more about telling you that their inventory and menu do NOT match and to "figure it out yourself". Do not order ahead, you will be disappointed.

Regularly does not open on time. Especially Sundays. Supposed to open at 7am. It is now 7:30am and the store is still not open. Customers waiting. Often understaffed as well.

I walked into a PACKED Bagel Boss this morning and despite the staff being clearly busy, I felt warmly welcomed and attended to. Keisha took care of me at the POS and the rest of the team did a perfect job of handling my order in a timely manner.
