  Being from Plainview I was super excited to see a Bagel Boss open here near my home. And the same owners! At 10am on a Sunday I should have had a fresh delicious bagel. What we had were probably day old, thin hard bagels. The service was also rude. When I questioned why butter was put on the side of my bagel, I was accused of being aggressive. Asked for some napkins, was told “they’re right in front of you.” Absolutely will not be back and I really hope the Rosner family doesn’t let this continue. Maybe better management? If anyone wants true authentic delicious always fresh bagels, go to Chesapeake Bagels, E Commercial Blvd, Fr Lauderdale. It’s worth the drive! That’s what I will stick too.

  Ordered 2 egg and cheese on toasted plain bagel, when I opened it up to eat it I said where are the eggs? They also use some kind of oil to cook with I think and I was just disgusted for the price of $10.49, you think they would put the 2 eggs in. DD has better egg sandwiches and stop using that oil, it made my stomach upset. Overpriced and overcharged, WILL NOT be back. There was hardly any eggs in my sandwich, so I paid $10.49 for a bagel. Wow, shame, shame!!

  I have been at the restaurant multiple times and I have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic.

  The worst Bagel Boss I have ever been in!! The girls have an attitude and the amount of lox and tuna on a Bagel is ridiculous!! Stay away and go somewhere else!! Horrible!!

  Finally, I get to enjoy a piece of home. I’ve been to many places who claim that they are authentic because of the water they bring from New York and that is just not true. It’s not just about the water. You need the whole package going into the Place having excellent customer service and the menu is exactly the same like back home and the dough taste exactly the same and I guess the water too. I didn’t know it existed here, but it opened up a year ago, and I highly recommend that everyone comes. I’ve been going to bagel boss for over 20 years and it’s nice to come in and say can I get a bagel with a little bit of cream cheese and a little bit of jelly !!! I see there’s a Brooklyn bagel place across the street nope it’s all about boss and I heard that they’re gonna open up another store and they’re gonna do fantastic.
